Error When Site Is Restarted

We are getting the following error after installing the core plugin and the size charts plugin when we try to restart the site (nop 3.9)

Server Error in '/' Application.

Hi,
Are you using nopCommerce 3.8 or 3.9.
It seems that an old dll is being used. Can you download the latest zip from http://www.roastedbytes.com/roasted-size-charts-for-nopcommerce and try again?
